1. Andover Lease

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will govern the booking.

2. Andover Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Andover, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old (age limits may differ by vehicle type; additional charges may apply for drivers under 25). Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate to the vehicle category, held for the minimum period stated in the Rental Agreement. Provide valid identification and proof of address or insurance documentation where required for Andover rentals.

3. Andover Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our Andover location. A booking deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Full payment and security deposit are typically due at vehicle collection. All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Andover Vehicle Collection and Return

  • At Andover, inspect the vehicle thoroughly when you collect it and report any existing damage to staff immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by you and an Andover representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as when collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. You are responsible for damage or loss up to the excess amount stated in the Rental Agreement.

6. Cancellation and Amendments

Andover's cancellation and amendment policies vary by booking type and notice period. Please refer to your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement for specific terms. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges.

7. Andover Prohibitions

You must not use an Andover vehicle for:

  • Any illegal purpose or activity involving an Andover vehicle. Racing, rallying, off-roading, or other hazardous activities. Transporting hazardous or dangerous materials. Sub-letting to third parties or allowing unauthorized drivers. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Use for tasks or loads for which the vehicle is not intended...

Violating restrictions may result in immediate Andover rental termination and additional charges.

8. Limitations on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Andover will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid to Andover for the relevant services in the twelve months immediately before the claim arose.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms for Andover are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Andover Terms
